1. Scope and Intended Use
This software provides planning tools for commercial maritime use, including geopolitical boundary overlays, sunrise/sunset timing, tidal data visualisation,
route and rest hour calculators, and voyage efficiency analysis. It is intended to assist mariners in making non-safety-critical commercial decisions.
2. Not for Primary Navigation
This software must not be used as a primary source for navigation, route approval, or regulatory compliance. Users must consult official, flag-state-approved
publications (e.g. Admiralty charts, Total Tide, Notices to Mariners) and reputable commercial or governmental services for all voyage-critical decisions.
3. Data Accuracy and Reliability
- Every effort has been made to ensure data reliability and accuracy.
- No guarantee is made regarding completeness, precision, or timeliness of the data or calculations.
- All information should be cross-checked against official sources or validated with recognised third-party systems.
4. Licence Grant
- A limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence is granted to use the tools provided by this service for lawful, professional planning purposes.
- Redistribution or integration of this software into third-party products requires explicit written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the developers or data providers be held liable for navigational errors, commercial losses, or incidents resulting from reliance
on this software or its outputs. Use is at your own risk.
6. Updates and Modifications
Features may change without notice. Continued use of the product after updates implies acceptance of revised terms.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked at any time, particularly for abuse, misuse, or non-compliance with this Agreement.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
